Tile grout filler is a ready-to-use repair product designed to fill, seal, and renew the joints between ceramic tiles, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces. PlusProline Tile Grout comes in a convenient pointed-tip tube with an included spatula for smooth application, allowing precise, clean results without the need for a caulking gun or professional tools. It fills cracked, discolored, or missing grout lines, restoring both the appearance and water resistance of tiled surfaces. The 380g tube produces a smooth, white finish that resists moisture and mold. It is ideal for small-scale home repairs in bathrooms, kitchens, and other tiled areas where grout has deteriorated over time.
Clean the joint area thoroughly, removing any loose or damaged grout, dust, and debris. Ensure the surface is dry before application. Cut the tube tip at a 45-degree angle to match the joint width. Apply the grout filler by squeezing the tube steadily while moving along the joint line at a consistent speed. Use the included spatula, a damp sponge, or finger (wearing a latex glove) to smooth the surface within 5-10 minutes of application, before the grout begins to set. Remove any excess from tile surfaces immediately with a damp cloth. Allow 24 hours of drying time before exposing the area to water or heavy use.
Do not apply over existing grout that is still intact - remove damaged grout first for proper adhesion. Do not use in joints wider than 6mm as the product may crack during curing. Avoid application in temperatures below 5C or above 35C, or in direct sunlight, as extreme conditions affect curing. Do not apply on wet or damp surfaces - moisture prevents proper bonding. Do not submerge freshly applied grout in water for at least 24 hours. Avoid applying excessively thick layers; multiple thin passes are better for joints deeper than 5mm. Do not use as a structural adhesive or sealant.
For the cleanest finish, use painter's tape along the tile edges before applying grout - peel it off after smoothing for perfectly straight lines. If the grout starts to set before you finish smoothing, mist it lightly with water from a spray bottle to extend working time. For color-matching older grout that has yellowed, note that the white finish will appear brighter initially but mellows over time to blend naturally. Work in small sections (1-2 meters at a time) to ensure consistent results before the grout begins setting. After full cure (48 hours), apply a grout sealer for maximum longevity in high-moisture areas like showers.
